Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the fittest men in the world and this comes as no surprise as the 38-year-old maintained his diet throughout the years very carefully and also works out regularly.

Ronaldo, who is turning 39 in February 2024, is still at the top of his game as he became the top-scorer of the year 2023 with 53 goals after netting twice during Al-Nassr’s 5-2 over Al-Ittihad on December 26.

The Portuguese recently posted on his Instagram account where he was showing his ripped body with six-packs and quadriceps.

After a disastrous 2022 where Ronaldo only managed to bag 16 goals as he had trouble finding consistent game time with Manchester United because he was not greatly favored by their coach Erik Ten Hag, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner made an astounding comeback, something he is known for, and went all the way to become the top 2023 scorer.
