Gladiators’ spinner Tariq was allowed

Tariq was advised about his bowling action

Quetta Gladiators’ spinner Usman Tariq was allowed to resume bowling during the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine on Tuesday.

Usman Tariq today at the National Bank Cricket Stadium in Karachi. Will be available for selection during the final league match between Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans.

Usman Tariq was advised over his bowling action after it was checked at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore, recently.

The Quetta Gladiators spinner can continue to bowl until his action is reported by the umpires for the 2nd time. However, if his action is reported again, he will be suspended from bowling till he clears his test.

Earlier, Usman Tariq’s action was reported during the match between Gladiators and Karachi Kings on 6 March .

Illingworth and Asif Yaqoob were the on-field umpires during the aforementioned match.

With one round match to go between Quetta Gladiators and Sultans today, the Pakistan Super League Nine action will move to playoffs from March 14. HD Live Sports

Peshawar Zalmi is at the top with 13 points and regardless of the result between Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans, Azam’s side will play Qualifier 1.

On the other hand, the winner of Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans will face Peshawar Zalmi. If Quetta Gladiators win, they will finish on Thirteen points while Multan Sultans securing victory would take them to Fourteen points.

Meanwhile, Islamabad United will play Eliminator and the loser of Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans will be the other team.
