Cristiano Ronaldo will begin his Euro 2024 journey with Portugal taking on the Czech Republic in their first match of the tournament at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig, Germany, on Tuesday.

Ronaldo, 39, will be featuring in his sixth Euro tournament, having played in every edition from 2004 to 2020, winning the competition in 2016 and reaching the final in 2004.

If Ronaldo scores against the Czech Republic, he will become the first player aged 39 or older to score in the competition’s history.
